the following are commn eexercises that we encourge our clients to do as part of their daily exercise routine

Burpee
Burppes are a great, full body exercise to increase your strenght amd endurnce. begin in a stading postion and, drop into a squat amd extend your hands forward, kick your feet back and then forward again quickly, and then jump up from a squatted position.
Plank
Planks build your core strenght. to preform plank, get in a push u position and rest your forearm on the floor. hold the positon as long as you can.
Mountian Climbers
Mountian climbers are agoos cardu exercise. PLace yur jands on the flor in a ous uo oisution, then bring ie knee uo ti your chest and then switch as wuicly as you can (as though you are cimbing a mountian).
